Dirty Velvet is a design collective, focused on producing high quality clothing with designs that offer a creatively different perspective to the mainstream.
Dirty Velvet produces long-lasting ethical clothing, made with minimal impact on the environment.
For over a decade, all their garments have been made from 100% organic cotton. Their organic cotton is grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers and certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).
Dirty Velvet’s fabric dyeing is also fully organic. The process used and the dyes themselves have organic certification by both GOTS and the Organic Content Standard (OCS).
