Returns & Exchanges


We hope you love everything that you order from us but if something is not quite right, you have 14 days to return. We will give you a full refund of the value of the goods by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip.

Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in our physical store.

General Return Conditions

You are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. We advise that all customers check items thoroughly on receipt of goods, before removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.

Returns must be in new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached.

Please note the customer is responsible for shipping costs regarding a return, except where the wrong item has been sent to you or the item is defective.

Returns received in worn condition will not be refunded.  Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox will be considered worn and will not be refunded. So please place your shoes in their original box inside of a bigger box/ packaging before sending them back to us.

All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred.

If the item is faulty or the incorrect order has been shipped out to you, please contact Primetime Clothing as soon as possible – within 14 days – and we will rectify the issue straight away .

Returning goods bought as multi-buy special offers

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example ‘buy 3 for the price of 2’) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the proportional discount amount. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

Domestic exchanges

We do not offer exchanges however we will refund you within 2 working days of receiving back your return. You can separately order the size you want before it sells out and you will also have full tracking and visibility on your new order.

How you return your package

Items must be returned via a recorded postage service such as DPD or recorded delivery at your local post office. To make it easier for our customers, you can arrange a DPD shipment or collection by visiting the website and following the easy steps. Please note all returns must be sent via a recorded signed delivery. We cannot take responsibility for returned items until signed for by us.

Please ensure that you retain your receipt showing proof of postage when sending back the item(s). We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage.

Your refund will be processed one to two working days after your goods are received into our warehouse. For any item agreed to be defective, your delivery charge will be refunded also. Please note that it will take 3-5 working days for the refunds to show on your statement. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, Eircode/postcode, and new card details.
